Yo-yo the team back (or order them to "Team Open Door" the exit from the room) and they will clear the rest of the way. Have your team breach and clear (silence is an option here) while you move through the lower level. The bottom level has one or two enemies in sight while the top has three or more (and in small rooms). Head downstairs to the boiler room and place your team on the top level. Use the team to frag or shoot the terrorists to save you some trouble. The enemies around the checkpoint will have hostages - avoid killing any and drop the enemies. Once you hit the checkpoint, any enemies associated with the previous area will vanish when you load the checkpoint again.
